VETA

Veta is a furniture brand founded in 2012 in Mexico City, built on a shared commitment to create pieces defined by timeless design, essential aesthetics, and grounded functionality. As they neared their twelfth anniversary and prepared to enter a new stage as a brand, Veta approached us to help to materialize this transition through a new visual identity.

In response, we developed a bespoke typographic logotype that reflects the brand’s minimalist, bold, and timeless qualities that also define their furniture. Complementing the logotype, the visual identity draws from a minimalist and industrial aesthetic, featuring an abstract symbol constructed from two simple shapes that meet at a single point, symbolizing the intersection of design and fabrication, and subtly forming the letter “V”.

Although the project ultimately moved in a different direction, the collaboration remains one of our most rewarding challenges. Partnering with the Veta team to explore and shape a visual language that aligned with their vision was both inspiring and creatively satisfying.
